Really great customer service - lovely clothes. One of my favourite shops

Ordered 9pm last night, being delivered at 2pm today and was free delivery! And always high quality

Bought a lovely looking black star jumper with back zip, really nice, but nowhere does it say that there are gold flecks knitted through the star, which was definitely not what I wanted. Description needs to be more accurate as you can’t tell from any of the pictures.

Brilliant customer service, second to none! Clothes are lovely, last for years and the sales are great. Can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve been buying from Mint velvet online for a few years now. I’ve had a few glitches with ordering and with deliveries but they’ve always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Refunds on returned items are processed quickly and without quibble. Orders are always processed very quickly and arrive within a few days. So far I’ve had no brexit related delays or problems with my orders. Re clothes - good quality although knitwear has a tendency to bobble. My only small gripe is that sizes can be a bit erratic - depending on the item a medium could be too big and an extra large can be too small!! But over the years I’ve had good experience and I love the clothes so Mint Velvet will continue to be one of my go-to merchants for online shopping (and in store when shops open again)

I ordered a sweater from Mint Velvet,not Cheap!!£69.99.I love the colour&style,I ordered a small,it is more like a medium size,after a couple of wears has stretched even bigger!very disappointed!

I ordered a chunky pink funnel neck jumper; the first one arrived very promptly. Loved the colour, shape and knit pattern. However, the internal finish to the jumper was awful. Full of knots and loose ends. Telephoned customer services who were apologetic and made another order over the telephone. Unfortunately, second jumper was even worse. Very disappointed. The garment was made on China. This is not a cheep brand and I did have an issue before with a pair of linen cargo trousers that developed a hole in one of the legs on the calf (probably a fault that I did not notice prior to wearing). Ended up binning these. Not prepared to waste any more time or money on shopping with Mint Velvet again. Suggest they take a look at their quality control.

I recently placed an order over the festive period and I was not disappointed when this arrived, the quality & fit of the clothing that I ordered were absolutely beautiful, as always! Sadly, the absolute pleasure that I always get from Mint Velvet clothes was short lived on this occasion. I purchased two hand wash dresses, which I very carefully hand washed according to the instructions, the Midi Star print dress has completely shrunk & the Khaki & Black slip dress looks bobbled & well worn. I am so disappointed as both these dresses had fit like an absolute dream when I first wore them & after just one wear they are both ruined. I have emailed Mint Velvet regarding this issue but I am still unfortunately waiting for a reply. Based on my previous experience with Mint Velvet my reviews would have always been 5/5 but I am so disappointed this time round.

Great service, great quality, beautiful designs....

Order placed pre Christmas for quite an expensive sweatshirt, arrived in good time, but after 1st wash, 2 of the letters on the slogan began to peel off. Emailed Mint Velvet customer service, but two trading days into the New Year, no response at all ? So either they don’t care or have so many poor quality garments that they haven’t got to my email yet ?

Great customer service. Sent the wrong product in the wiring box, but well resolved and a good experience.

I bought the Cream Bow Tie Sleeve Jumper Original price £99, sale price £59. Ordered one day & received the next which was fantastic. I have now worn it for a day and am really disappointed with the quality, It has already started to pile. Not something I would expect from such an expensive jumper. Such a shame, I’ve never had a problem before, I will definitely think twice now before buying Mint Velvet knitwear again.
